The mission of the WGNV is to facilitate research and development of new vaccines to prevent TB by providing an inclusive forum for stakeholders to engage in scientific exchange, build consensus on key issues, and advocate for greater support and investment in TB vaccine R&D.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, IAVI on behalf of WGNV provides the Website indiscriminately to visitors for informational purposes.
The Website contains general information about tuberculosis (TB) vaccine research. We do our best to ensure that this information is accurate and current, but we do not represent, warrant or guarantee the accuracy of this data.

This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with IAVI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents and content providers, that in any way relates to your use of the Website, or the information contained therein, resides in the courts of the State of New York.
9. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK INFORMATION
All content included or available on the Website, including site design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof is copyrighted material of the United Nations Office of Project Services (UNOPS), with all rights reserved, or is subject to third parties’ intellectual property rights.
